Controls:

ARROWS    - scroll the map screen / less or more in certain options
< AND >   - select tile
BACKSPACE - set minus numbers on / off
LEFT MB   - select option
RIGHT MB  - cancel

About:
------
BGCmap has been programmed as a utility for creating maps. I actually 
use this, so its not just a piece of junk, give it a try. The stuff 
that comes out of this is set out in a certain way. All the tiles on 
the first line, then all tiles on the second line, etc, then this is 
repeated for the next layer. The first line is used for a sort of size 
thing, it reads Xmax, Ymax, MaxLayers. Its useful for when all the 
maps are different sizes. If you're unsure about how to load the maps 
into your program, check the source, thats what its there for.

The maximum size of map you can make is 150*150*5.

Bugs:
-----
I haven't fully tested this version yet, but im sure hairman will find 
a couple more. The main one is that although the viewscreen goes up to 
150 the selectable tile area only goes up to 10, but as long as you 
keep the view size 10*10 you should be OK untill the next release.
Another bug I found was that sometimes when moving selections up or 
down it skips one. I have no idea why this is, but i'll try to fix it 
for the next release.
